My bag is sold out, how long is the delivery time?
Usually it is about 2-3 weeks delivery time. You can always email or call us and we can give you a more accurate delivery date. Maybe it's an urgent gift, get in touch and we'll try to sort it out.

Do you have any resellers?
Unfortunately not, we have chosen to sell directly to our customers and skip retailers in order to offer affordable bags. We usually run some pop-ups, trunk shows and lectures where you have the chance to see the bags and shop. Sign up for our newsletter and you'll be aware of our upcoming activities, maybe it's right in your city.
How can I buy a bag from you?
You can buy a bag via our online shop or directly in our showroom in Härnösand.
What shipping options do you offer?
We use Schenker Ombud as standard for all shipments within Sweden. If you prefer another provider or solution, just get in touch and we'll help you.
What do I do if my bag is damaged, has a defect or has something else wrong?
No problem, call or email us and describe what's wrong and we'll help you exchange or return the item.
What are the shipping costs?
Within Sweden, we always offer free shipping, free returns and 30-day open purchase. Within Europe €15 and the rest of the world €25.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver worldwide and delivery time varies depending on the destination. Within Sweden, it is normally 1-2 days with a Schenker representative. Within the EU 2-5 days and the rest of the world 4-7 days.
Where is my package?
When we have sent your bag from our warehouse, you will always receive an email with delivery information so that you can track your shipment. From the time we send your package, it normally takes 1-2 days before the package can be picked up at the nearest Schenker representative. You always receive a notification via SMS when the package is available for collection at the agent.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We always have 30 days open purchase. Returned goods must always be unused and in salable condition.
1. Register your return with us by email info@sandlundhossain.comwith your order number and the reason why you want to return the bag.
2. Fill in the return form with your order number. Pack the bag in the carton and stick on the return slip that comes with it, make sure the package is well wrapped.
3. Hand in to the nearest Schenker representative, please request a receipt.
4. When we have received the return, you will receive an email with confirmation from us and we will refund the money.
How do I take care of my bag?

Can I borrow a bag at home and try it on?
If you choose to pay with a Klarna invoice, you have about 10 days to test the bag at home in peace and quiet. If you still want to send it back, you won't be left with any money. Simple huh?
How are your bags made?
We design and manufacture all our bags ourselves, it's best that way. Read more about our production and quality here.
