You can make your payment by Credit card, Klarna or Paypal.
Klarna use a security certificate called 3D Secure that your bank and card needs to have activated upon purchase. If your payment fails, first try another card and secondly another browser or device.



When will my order arrive?

We usually ship with Schenker, but occasionally we ship with DHL.  We will ship your order in 1-2 work days or within the number of working days shown on the website for every specific product. Sometimes the stock is sold out and we make the bags by order. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order for you. Orders placed during the weekend or on Swedish holidays will be shipped the following work day. Once your order has shipped you will recieve an email with the shipping information and a tracking number so you can follow it’s journey till your doorstep.



How do I return an item? 

We accept returns 30 days from when you’ve recieved it.  Send us an E-mail to and we will send you a waybill for the return. Pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in and leave it at a Schenker access point.  Once we’ve recieved your return we will refund your payment and notify you.

How do I exchange a bag into another model or color?

That is no problem! Just email us and we will send you a waybill for the return and send you a new bag in the right color or model.

My bag has some quality issues. Can you help?

Sorry to hear this! We absolutely want to help. Email pictures of the fault and your order number  to and we will make an exchange of the bag or a refund if you don´t want to keep the bag.
