PURCHASE

What payment methods can I use?

You can make your payment by Credit card, Klarna or Paypal. Klarna use a security certificate called 3D Secure that your bank and card needs to have activated upon purchase. If your payment fails, first try another card and secondly another browser or device.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

How do I return something I purchased?

Sorry to hear you need to return your bag, Buying online is tough. We’ll be happy to help! We offer a 30 day return period as long as the item is in new condition. To get things started, send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we’ll help you from there.

How long until I get my money back?

Once we receive your item(s) please allow us a day or two for processing. You should see that refund hit your account within 6-10 business days of receipt.

How do I cancel my order?

Just reach out to us on [email protected] and we’ll cancel the order for you.

Can I exchange a bag into another model or color?

That is no problem. Just email us and we will send you a waybill for the return and send you a new bag in the right color or model

My bag has some quality issues. Can you help?

Sorry to hear this! We absolutely want to help. Email pictures of the fault and your order number  to [email protected] and we will make an exchange of the bag or a refund if you don´t want to keep the bag.

I recieved a bag as a gift but its not for me. How do I return?

We can take care of you and even keep it between us so you can save face with the kind soul who gave it to you. We offer the same 30 day return period as long as the item(s) are in new condition. Well refund your gift with a gift certificat.

SHIPPING

When will my order arrive?

We usually ship with Schenker, but occasionally we ship with DHL.  We will ship your order in 1-2 work days or within the number of working days shown on the website for every specific product. Sometimes the stock is sold out and we make the bags by order. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order for you.

Orders placed during the weekend or on Swedish holidays will be shipped the following work day. Once your order has shipped you will recieve an email with the shipping information and a tracking number so you can follow it’s journey till your doorstep

 

ABOUT THE BAGS

Where can I see your bags in person?

You can visit Anders in our office in Sweden (Härnösand) or Tulin in our Studio in Bangladesh (Dhaka). Just send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will schedule a appointment.

Does it have room for my…? Take a look at the product page you’re interested in, and you’ll find the size chart and dimensions there. 

Are your bags heavy?

You can find all the information about our bags weight under the specifications in the product page. But I would say it depends on how much stuff you put in the bag! 

What color should I get?

We’ve found that your first inclination typically tends to be the best choice. We can send you some samples of the leather if your having a hard time choosing. If you still aren’t sure, then why not buy all four colors!

 What if I want to shorten/lengthen my strap?

That is no problem, just send us a e-mail and we can help you from there.

 Will you make something custom for me?

Give us a shout and let us know what you’re looking for. We might be able to help, or at least get you pointed in the right direction

 

CARE

My bag is broken, can you help me to repair it?

We’re sorry to hear something is wrong. Please contact us  and we’ll be happy to help. If  possible, please include photos of the area you’re concerned about, That’ll help us determine the best course of action for repair. And while we’re at it please send over your current shipping address.
